Jaakko, who has been with us for over 15 years, leads our shipping department with a steady hand. When the workday ends, he heads out on the water – fishing is more than a hobby for him, it's a way of life and an important counterbalance to the fast pace of everyday work.
Jaakko has been part of our story for more than 15 years and currently works as the supervisor of our warehouse shipping department. He’s responsible for making sure every shipment leaves intact and goes to the correct address, so our customers receive their orders reliably and on time. Over the years, the job has evolved with automation becoming a part of logistics, but the days are still fast-paced and hands-on.
To balance the demands of the job, Jaakko heads out to the water whenever he can. Fishing has been a part of his life since childhood – not just a hobby, but a lifestyle. In the peace of nature, everyday stress fades away, and what matters most is the moment and the surrounding landscape.
