NAME OF THE REGISTER

Würth Elektronik Oy's customer register.

PURPOSE OF THE USE OF PERSONAL DATA

The register is used for customer relationship and order management, communication and marketing between Würth Elektronik Oy and the customer company. The customer has the option to refuse to receive direct marketing.

INFORMATION CONTENT OF THE REGISTER

The information stored in the register is the information provided by the customers during the registration, such as the contact details of the user company and the persons operating in the user company. The register contains information about the customer's previous orders, as well as technical information registered by the web server.

Information provided by the customer.

REGULAR DATA RELEASES

The information in the register will not be disclosed to third parties.

TRANSFER OF DATA OUTSIDE THE EU OR THE EEA

Data will not be transferred outside the EU or the EEA.

PRINCIPLES FOR THE PROTECTION OF THE REGISTER

The register is treated confidentially and is adequately protected from outsiders. The register shall be used only by persons whose job description includes the use of the register. The data is processed within the limits permitted and required by the Personal Data Act. The information will only be disclosed or disclosed to third parties as a result of a statutory reporting obligation, such as at the customer's own request or at the authority's statutory request.

RIGHT OF INSPECTION, REPAIR AND PROHIBITION

The data subject has the right to check, change and delete information about himself / herself from the register within the limits permitted by law. Further information, feedback and questions can be sent by e-mail to the person in charge of the register.
